My name is Petra, I am a twenty-year-old girl from a small Italian town lost in the Alps. I cannot precisely remember the exact moment when I started doing photography, it just happened. I have always had this kind of need to be able to turn moment into memories and that is why I chose to study graphic design and photography at high school. I have always been a keen adventurer for spontaneous journeys and together with living the nature these two aspects reflect my way of taking pictures.
During my high school’s years, I learned a lot about cameras and all the secrets behind photography. At that point in my life I started realizing that this was the only thing that I could see myself into doing it.
I was also given the opportunity to work together with a professional cook where I had to take pictures of food presentations.
At this moment, I am working as a volunteer in a youth center in Berlin where I had the chance to show my pictures.
The exhibition will be also exposed in the café Sonntag. The title I chose “Madre Natura” reflects the way how I see everything all around me and collects numerous pictures that I took during my trips to Norway, Ireland, Spain and Italy.
I have decided to open this page because I have always wanted to share my passions with other people, and internet is the best way to share passions and it permits to reach people from all over the world.
As I am a work in progress artist, I am open to tips and critiques as also photography projects and job requests.
